TERMS & CONDITIONS

- All clients must be over the age of 18 years old to receive any treatment with KB Aesthetics London, 1 form of photo ID must be shown when you arrive (driving license or passport).

- Please arrive to your appointment on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late we may need to reschedule depending on capacity on the day.

- You will need to complete a medical health form sent via email at least 4 days prior to your appointment. This is to ensure you are safe to have this treatment and secure the product. Please ensure this form is accurate. KB Aesthetics London will not be liable if the information provided is incorrect.

- You will also receive a consent form for each treatment, please read through carefully, this will then be signed on the day of your treatment.

- We will need to take a before and after photo of your treatment. This is for insurance purposes. You will be asked on the day if you decline your photo to be used for promotional purposes (we will hide your identity).
