Our story
KB Aesthetics London was founded by Advanced Nurse Prescriber Kelsey Bailey – London Lead for The Nurses Network and Highly Commended Aesthetic Nurse of the Year 2024 – with over thirteen years of clinical experience. Kelsey and her team’s commitment to clinical excellence and natural results has made KB the trusted go-to nurse-led clinic and medi-spa in the heart of Canary Wharf.

Kelsey Bailey is the Owner and Clinical director of KB Aesthetics London Ltd. She began her nursing career in 2009, dedicating much of it to working in East London’s largest trauma hospital. In 2019, while raising her young family, she transitioned into Practice Nursing, bringing a wealth of experience to patient care.
With increasing demand for her expertise, Kelsey expanded KB Aesthetics London, growing her team and clinic to provide a wider range of aesthetic treatments in the heart of Canary Wharf, London.
Beyond her clinic, Kelsey is also The Nurse Network’s London Lead, where she is committed to mentoring and educating fellow medical practitioners on their aesthetics journey.
Her commitment to clinical excellence, patient safety and the highest standards of aesthetic practice has been recognised with the Highly Commended Aesthetic Nurse of the Year Award at the Safety in Beauty Awards. Under her leadership, KB Aesthetics London has received industry recognition, including Holistic Anti-Aging Clinic of the Year 2024, Best Natural-Look Aesthetic Clinic in London 2025 and Highly Commended Best Clinic – South England 2025. In 2026, Kelsey and KB Aesthetics have continued to build on this recognition, with four finalist status’ at the Safety in Beauty Awards, including Best Aesthetic Nurse and Best Non-Surgical Transformation for Kelsey, and Best Aesthetic Clinic – London for the clinic. Louise (Lou) is our brilliant Skin Lead at KB Aesthetics London, bringing years of experience in beauty and advanced skincare. Specialising in SkinPen Microneedling and overall skin health, Lou is passionate about delivering results-driven treatments that help clients achieve healthier, happier skin.
Her expertise has been recognised with finalist status for Best Aesthetic Therapist at the Safety in Beauty Awards 2026, a fantastic achievement that reflects her dedication to her clients and her profession.
Lou’s extensive training includes VTCT and NVQ-level qualifications, alongside ongoing advanced industry training to keep her knowledge at the forefront of skin science and innovation. With her hands-on experience, in-depth skin knowledge and commitment to skincare excellence, she’s our go-to expert for all things skin rejuvenation and long-term skin health.

Louise Mitchell
BSc Biochemistry (Hons)/ MSc Public Health / VTCT
R-Marni brings a unique combination of scientific knowledge and hands-on skincare expertise to KB Aesthetics London. With a BSc in Biochemistry from King’s College London and a Master’s in Public Health & Policy from Queen Mary University of London, he has a strong academic foundation in health science, skin biology and evidence-based practice.
Driven by a passion for aesthetic & skin health, R-Marni has completed accredited professional training in skincare and massage therapy (VTCT) and specialises in Advanced facials, Chemical peels and SkinPen Microneedling. His approach combines scientific understanding with practical experience, delivering tailored, results-driven treatments designed to support healthier skin and long-term skin health.
As a valued member of the KB team, R-Marni is passionate about making professional skincare both effective and accessible, helping clients understand their skin and make informed decisions about their treatment journey.

Please provide no less than 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations may result in the loss of your deposit.
If you fail to attend your appointment or cancel on the same day, you may be charged up to the full cost of the treatment at the discretion of the clinic and practitioner. For clients on a membership or treatment course, this may result in the loss of the service from your course.

Please READ CAREFULLY - it can be tricky to find us like everywhere in Canary Wharf (if you know, you know...) Bing & Google maps will bring you to short cut ways such as through and down the side of the building that no longer exist.
Some Quick tips:
We are on the FIRST FLOOR so please GO ROUND TO THE BACK (CAR PARK SIDE) to gain access.
You CANNOT access us via WISKS.
If coming along SOUTH QUAY BRIDGE then TURN LEFT at end.
Walk around the FOOD TRUCKS, through the CAR BARRIER (you will see Bikram Yoga in front), and walk until you see the only TREE which in front of our building (middle building).
Public Transport:
- Closest DLR station is South Quay is a 4 minute walk: (Turn left and walk along Marsh Wall until you see the Hilton Hotel which is on the other side of the road. Turn right here and walk down to just before the food trucks. Turn left and walk down to the middle building Parker House).
- Heron Quay is also close – Just come out of the station and turn right but stay on this side of the road, turn right again and walk through the building (Obica) to access south quay footbridge. Turn left at the end of the bridge and walk around the food trucks to the back of the buildings to reach Parker House in the middle.
- Closest Underground station is Canary Wharf (Jubilee line) which is a 4 minute walk: Come out of the station, turn left and cross the road towards JP Morgan - walk through Obicà and across South Quay footbridge. Turn left at the end of the bridge and walk around the food trucks to the back of the buildings to reach Parker House in the middle.
Driving:
- We have private parking. Please email us a minimum of 24 hours before your appointment. Spaces are limited and cannot be guaranteed.
- Google maps will send you to Admirals way which is opposite the Hilton Hotel London.
- Please turn left and enter the FIRST set of barriers (you will see security there who will let you through and give you a pass).
- If you drive past the first set of barriers, turn around and drive back towards the road, as the second barriers are your exit. The security will now be on your right in front of the big black building with the Hilton hotel on your left.
- Through this barrier – turn right and we are right in front of you.
- Turn Left and find a 2 hour parking space. (Marked on the floor). If you park in a numbered bay you may receive a parking ticket.
