Yes. Your skin needs may change over time, and your membership can evolve with you. Upgrades or changes can be discussed with your practitioner and applied where appropriate without issue. We assess your skin each time you visit so changes may need to happen so we can help you as much as possible to reach your skin goals - sometimes change is good and needed!

Your membership is designed to be flexible - more like a subscription. This means all the treatments in your membership go into your basket in the courses section in your APP so during the year you can slot in your treatments where you want to stay consistent - but also reschedule/ move them without paying deposit as you wish. This we feel makes your whole year of treatments easier to manage with autonomy.ithin your subscription term. Our team will always work with you to ensure you get the most from your Skin-vest-ment.

Absolutely. Skin-vest-ment Memberships are suitable for both new and existing clients. All treatments are preceded by a consultation to ensure they are appropriate for your skin, goals, and experience level.

Yes. There is a cool- down period of 2 weeks. After that 6 months. (The team is in this with you and are flexible where approprite as we understand LIFE HAPPENS!!
All Skin-vest-ment Memberships run over a 12-month period, unless you have a bespoke SKIN-VEST-MENT which can range from 3 - 12 months allowing us to deliver the best possible long-term results while spreading the cost across the year.

YES! And sometimes this is necessary depending on your current skin condition (eg. current breaks out - we may swap a treatment to a chemical peel or polynucleotides - all very flexible and can be discussed with team).
Some memberships allow treatments to be mixed and matched within the plan also. Any adjustments will be discussed during your consultation to ensure treatments remain clinically appropriate and aligned with your skin goals.

Yes. All memberships include consultations with an experienced practitioner to ensure your treatment plan is tailored, safe, and effective throughout your Skin-vest-ment journey and include a yearly OBSERV520x Skin analysis and plan at the end of your term.

Yes of course. This is very popular in clinic - if you have a specific concern eg. Acne, Pigmentation - we are able to devise an individual SKIN-VEST-MENT plan over 3-12 months to help improve/ resolve your current skin condition with no problems!
