Medical grade (sometimes prescription strength) skincare is the smartest way to see results and sometimes it means only elevating 1 or 2 of your products to see better results. Medical grade skincare is often also referred to as pharmaceutical grade skincare or cosmeceuticals ie. a blend of cosmetics and pharmaceuticals. It is a category of specialist skincare products that are typically formulated with a higher more potent concentration of active ingredients compared to skincare products you find on the high street.
Why is it Better?
As they are more potent, they work harder for your skin and therefore can provide both medicinal and cosmetic benefits at once. Medical grade skincare products should only be recommended by a qualified and experienced clinician, following a thorough consultation and skin assessment due to the potency of these products. You can now book an online consultation (worldwide) or an in clinic consultation with £15 of the cost redeemable against any skincare.

What happens?

We will talk through your skin concerns, what your goals are and what you are currently using at home.

We can then put together a Personalised Skincare Plan of medical grade products depending on your current skin state that are specific to your skin goals, needs and of course your budget. Medical Grade by no way means expensive!

This could include a cleanser, and SPF or maybe swapping your serum. It may be a case of stripping back from products to help rebuild your skins barrier if your skin is reactive and sensitive. Or adding in products to help combat acne or spot production. It could also mean just elevating some of your products to more potent prescription strength to really amplify your results.
